In the construction, recently renovated to blend in heritage and modernity, walls of carved stone can be seen in contrast with the straight lines and new materials; they both reflect that old and new, link and coexist, finding a new and unmatched identity.

Our centennial hull houses 1 Classic Junior, 2 Double Superior, 4 Junior Suite, 1 Junior Suite Deluxe and 1 Master Suite; carefully restored in a modern and contemporary setting sticking to the hacienda’s unique style, in accordance with the requirements of a boutique hotel where the number of stars is defined by the imposing sky welcoming us at night. Un menú de hacienda especial para cada grupo, siempre con la filosofía del huerto a la mesa, con ingredientes regionales dando valor a lo local, a lo hecho en Mexico, a lo natural.
Inspirados en la cocina mexicana tradicional, haciendo hincapié en nuestras raíces; generamos una cocina de casa, gastronomía que enaltece nuestra cultura, que nos hace sentir en ese Mexico tan diverso.
Cuidamos en todo momento los detalles, siempre preguntando a nuestro visitante sobre sus restricciones alimenticias y sus preferencias; para asi poder planear su experiencia con nosotros a medida.
Maridamos los alimentos siempre con vinos de la vinicola; exaltando los sabores mexicanos en cada bocado.

Enotourism
Dentro de tu hospedaje estaremos realizando una visita privada y exclusiva a nuestra vinícola a fin de conocer los estándares de producción con los que trabajamos. La visita incluye una degustación de vino, conociendo más sobre la enología de la bodega, aprender de manera visual el proceso de elaboración del vino y entender sobre la viticultura que marca la filosofía de Casa Vegil.
Nuestra imponente sala de degustación será el escenario perfecto para aprender a catar los vinos de la vinicola, animándonos a preguntar en cada sorbo las diferencias que existen entre ellos y la directriz que los une al mismo tiempo. Hacer del vino un pretexto será la mejor manera de entenderlo; sin limitaciones, sin enigmas, sin secretos.
Rompiendo el formalismo, podremos disfrutar de una puesta en escena en donde podremos entender de una manera divertida algunos conceptos básicos del vino. La idea de compartir una copa entre amigos, platicando de todo y nada; nos hará sentir que el tiempo se detiene, que la experiencia Casa Vegil ha sido educativa sin ni siquiera darnos cuenta.

Outdoor pool
The hotel has a magnificent natural stone pool, filled up every day so you can have fresh, crystalline water, with an approximate temperature of 32° C. It also serves as a reservoir for our organic harvests and can be found in continuous circulation.
The concierge by the pool will always be at your service, offering a selection of music, sun block, organic bug repellent, fresh towels, snacks and water.
At midday, the guests that wish to, can enjoy an informal lunch outdoors, next to the pool, in our “Pool Bar”.
At the café “Los Vitrales” you’ll be able to enjoy a selection of Mexican coffee, in harmony with a loaf of artisanal bread and a selection of natural tea infusions.
Post Meridiem our café turns into a bar, welcoming the bar “Los Vitrales” with an exclusive mixology designed for your reservation where you’ll be able to enjoy your favorite drinks ($$$).

Concierge
The concierge service will be available from the day you confirm your reservation to your departure. It will take charge of designing your itinerary, from transportation in cases where it’s needed, food and beverage menu, with the restrictions and recommendations offered by you, and activities required during your stay.
Inside the experience design questionnaire, time of arrival of you and your guests will be registered, it will also include agenda coordination, additional services and suggestions we will send to you depending on what you are looking for. The experiences will adjust to the type of activity you would like to do, let us surprise you.
Wine assembly with winemaker
After an approach to our winery to experiment the sensation of tasting various wines at different states of aging straight from the barrel, comes the moment to create our own bottle, generating a unique identity guided by the oenologist.
This adventure will teach us the difference between red and white wines of the main winegrowing regions in Mexico; all this in a private moment inside our wine tasting room.
Savoring different wine varieties in transformation process and learning the techniques of assemblage, we will create a unique blend selecting the characteristics favored by our taste; achieving to design a unique and non-repeatable wine.
All this will only be possible after realizing the assembling exercise, where we will taste single-variety wines exclusively selected for your visit, which will reflect the unique and plainly differentiated characteristics of Mexico’s most iconic varieties.
Corking the bottle to seal your creation, to later draw by hand your own label; print personality in the generated wine, creating an irreplaceable product that will be always remembered thanks to the magic of the moment; drinkable alchemy in its maximum splendor.
Spa Casa Vegil
El concepto de Spa Casa Vegil combina las nociones de la terapia tradicional con las poderosas propiedades curativas de la aromaterapia.
Contamos con servicios de spa, tanto terapias como tratamientos, exclusivos a la carta donde el concierge organiza estos mismos según los deseos del huésped. Esta experiencia se realiza con una espectacular vista a la piscina exterior donde se logra crear esta conexión con la naturaleza.
